Please join us for our May Perth ExchangeNow meetup on Thursday, May 16th, 2019 between 4pm and 6.30pm. We will be hosting three presentations, a group discussion, and a networking session.

We will have a selection of beer, wine & soft-drinks available, as well as a selection of snacks. We would like to thank Accelerate IT Solutions for hosting this event and providing the catering.

What I learned at Knowledge19 by Dan Spada
Knowledge is the annual ServiceNow conference where ServiceNow professionals come together from right around the globe to discuss all things ServiceNow.
This year the conference is being held in Las Vegas, and the theme is ‘Take work to the next level’. There will be over 500 labs, breakouts and keynotes that will provide product information, and customer experiences & successes.
Dan will host an interactive discussion on the key learnings and takeaways from the conference.

Agile Development has now replaced Waterfall as the Software Implementation Methodology of choice in the software industry. This has flowed through into ServiceNow, with the ServiceNow Adaptive Implementation Framework (SAIF) recommending the use of Agile SCRUM to implement ServiceNow. In this discussion, I will share my tips and tricks for using Agile methodologies to implement ServiceNow, based on recent experience leading an implementation across IT & non-IT business areas and open the floor to discuss and share experiences and lessons learnt.
